Stream AWCS is brought to you by Nexaldes Sdn Bhd (Nexaldes), one of the few companies in the world that provides design, engineering and supply of Automated Waste Collection Systems (AWCS). Founded in Malaysia in 1991, we started to market Central Vacuum Systems under the brand STREAM and over the last two decades have built up an impressive amount of experience in improving indoor air-quality and producing the highest standards of building hygiene. In 2004, AWC Berhad, an Integrated Facility Management company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia, acquired 51% equity in Nexaldes..  Today, with a growing international portfolio, Stream has been often referred to as a world leader in central vacuum technology.
